【楊桃美食網】紅燒魚Braised Fish
材料:
尼羅河紅魚1尾、蔥段50克、薑片30克、辣椒片20克
Ingredients:
1 Red Nile Tilapia, 50 grams scallions, 30 grams ginger slices, 20 grams red hot chili slices
調味料:
醬油3大匙、細糖1大匙半、米酒2大匙、水50CC
Seasoning:
3 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 tablespoon granulated sugar, 2 tablespoons rice wine, water 50CC
材料:
1.將魚身畫兩刀,熱鍋倒入適量的油,待油熱之後關小火,放入尼羅河紅魚約三分鐘後,翻面煎至兩面呈金黃色。
2.同作法1鍋中放入蔥、薑、辣椒爆香,再放入水、米酒、細糖,燒約2~3分鐘後翻面,再燒至湯汁收乾即可。
小秘訣:水的分量需淹蓋過魚身至少一半。
Ingredients:
1. Make two incisions in the fish with a knife, pour some oil into a hot wok and when the oil is hot turn to a low flame, put in the Red Nile Tilapia. After about three minutes, turn it over and fry it until golden brown on both sides.
2. In the same manner as step 1, stir-fry the scallions, ginger and red hot chilies into the pan until it is fragrant, then add water, rice wine, sugar, and heat, turning it over after 2-3 minutes until the sauce dries.
Tip: Use enough water to cover at least half of the fish.
